Participants in first Level Yoga Teachers’ Training
must have at least two years of an established personal
yoga practice. Examinations are given for the following workshops: The Healing Breath; Introduction to Meditation; Seven Steps; Introduction to Yoga Science; Anatomy & Body Systems; Nutritional Science; and, Yoga sutras. Graduation requirements: The participant in this program must maintain a 70% grade average. The student must demonstrate proficiency in Hatha Yoga practice through the Intermediate level. The student must complete a 120 hour internship of supervised teaching. Journaling: A 90 day journal of your meditation practice must be kept during and after Introduction to Meditation. This journal is to be submitted for peer review. A 30 day diet journal is to be kept during and after Diet & Nutrition. During these 30 days you will be asked to do a food experiment. This journal is to be submitted for peer review.

Advanced certification workshops include lecture
and practicum. A meditation journal must be kept
throughout this part of the program and is submitted
weekly. A dream journal is also kept and journal
entries for submission are limited to one submission weekly.
Feedback is provided throughout the program and weekly
examinations are given. The participant in this program,
the student must maintain a 70% grade average.
Graduation requirements: A final exam is given at then
end of each module and a term paper is to be submitted.
Guidelines are given with the workshop materials.
Yoga asanas for the advanced practitioner.
It is strongly recommended that you maintain a
disciplined personal practice.
Meditative practice at this level utilizes mantra and yantra.
